Outside These Walls.
Boatload of Food for Rising Hope. It takes 1000 pounds of food a week to serve those in need on the Route 1 Corridor from the Rising Hope Food Pantry. On Sunday, March 14 we will have a boat on the patio to fill with donations. If every person brought in 7 pounds of food we could provide for nearly 2000 families for the summer.

Fairfax Nursing Home Visit. Join our women's group on Sunday, March 21 as we share our compassion and joy with the elderly residents of the Fairfax Nursing Home. We will meet at 1:45pm at the church for a quick lunch and then carpool over together. Contact the church office if you plan to attend.

Care and Support.
Having a Bad Day? If you or someone you know is going through a difficult time and would benefit from one on one counseling, contact the church office and we can help connect you to some available resources.

Stephen Ministry. You can play an important role in our Stephen Ministry. If you know someone who is going through a difficult time and who could benefit from the focused care, encouragement and support of a Stephen Minister, contact the church office and we'll have one of our Stephen Leaders get in touch with you.

Serve.
Sunday Offering Counters. Contact the church office if you would like to serve by counting our Sunday morning offering. The commitment would be for 2 hours (11am-1pm) on Sundays, 4-6 times a year and you must be a member of Christ Church.

Communion Stewards Needed. Communion Stewards are responsible for the preparation and clean up of the communion elements (bread and juice). The commitment would be for 4-5 times a year. Contact the church office if you are interested in joining our team.

Rising Hope Work Day. Join the Men's Group for a work day at Rising Hope on Saturday, March 20 beginning at 7:30am. We will meet at the Christ Church parking lot and carpool over together. Register at christchurchva.org.

You'd be surprised how much you can learn in the new staff section of our website. Get to know the people who work behind the scenes of the church and then send an email to introduce yourself if you haven't already.

Women of the Bible. We can learn a lot from the women of the bible. Join us on Fridays at 10:30am in trailer 5B for this exciting new study. Contact the church office to let us know you are coming.

Greentree Preschool Donations. Would you like to make a donation and help out the preschool? A basket has been placed just outside the preschool office. Donations of the following would be helpful: (small or large), baby wipes, Clorox Wipes, Magic Erasers, facial tissues, and colorful tissue paper.

Jr and Sr High.
Jr. and Sr. High. Ignite meets on Wednesdays from 6:30-8pm in the Coffee House. Come early and stay late for video games and snacks.

Crave. Crave is a worship service designed with youth in mind in order to glorify God with energetic music and relevant Biblical messages. Join us on March 21 at 6:30pm in the Worship Center and make sure to bring your friends.
