Midweek.
Join us this Wednesday for Dinner. Dinner is served from 5:30-6:30pm. The cost is $7 per adult and $4 per child (ages 10 and under; maximum of $20 per family). This week’s menu: BBQ Ribs or Ham & Cheese Panini, Coleslaw, Baked Beans and Chips.

Outside These Walls.
Baby Bottle Campaign. A little change can go a long way to help minister to a woman or teen faced with an unplanned pregnancy. Through the month of April, you can pick up an empty baby bottle to fill with spare change and all proceeds will go to the Alexandria Pregnancy Help Center. Filled bottles will be collected on May 1 and 2. We will have an informational meeting on May 3 at 7pm for those who are interested in being involved in this new ministry. Contact the church office if you are planning to attend the meeting.

Monthly Collection Focus. During the month of April we will be collecting prom dresses, shoes and accessories for Fairfax County's Princess for a Night project. Donations can be placed in the bins located in the atrium. Food for Rising Hope's Food Pantry is also always appreciated, especially rice and tomato products.

Serve.
Church Council. Our Church Council consists of individuals who serve and lead our congregation alongside the Senior Leadership Team. They ensure that the vision and values of Christ Church are upheld and serve as advisors in finance, personnel and legal matters. Applications to serve on our Church Council are available here. If you would like to be considered for the upcoming class please submit your application by May 17.

Facilities Team. Are you interested in helping Christ Church look great? We have various opportunities to serve in the areas of grounds keeping, repairs and maintenance. If you are interested in serving on this team, sign up at christchurchva.org, just click on "Campus Support" for a list of our facilities needs.

Facilities Manager. We are currently looking for a volunteer who is willing to give 5-10 hours per week to help maintain our facilities. This person will coordinate needed repairs and maintenance through the use of volunteer teams and outside contractors. If you are interested in serving in this position or would like more information, contact the church office.

Connections Administrator. Do you have administrative skills and a heart for connecting people to the church? We are looking for a Connections Administrator to answer phones, maintain our database and help connect people to the various opportunities at Christ Church. This is a paid part time position (15 hours a week). If you are interested and would like to receive the full job description, contact the church office.

Care and Support.
Military & Deployed Personnel. We want to reach out to our military and deployed personnel and their families with prayer, love and support. If you or a family member is deployed, about to deploy or just returned, please contact the church office so we can reach out to you.

Stephen Ministry. You can play an important role in our Stephen Ministry. If you know someone who is going through a difficult time and could benefit from the focused care, encouragement and support of a Stephen Minister, contact the church office and one of our Stephen Leaders will contact you.

More.
Women's Scrapbooking Day. Bring your supplies and a bag lunch on Saturday, April 24 from 9am to 5pm for a day of scrapbooking in trailer 5B. There is no charge for this event and feel free to bring a friend.

Women's Praise and Worship. You are invited to an evening of praise and worship on Tuesday, April 27 from 7-8pm in the worship center. The guest speaker, Emily Elgin, will be sharing about her recent trip to Ecuador. Childcare will be provided.

Dinner Dance. Join us for a night of music, dancing, karaoke and dinner on Friday, May 7 at 6:30pm. The cost is $10 per person and childcare will be provided. You can register at christchurchva.org.

Golf Outing. Our annual Golf Outing will be Friday, July 16 at 9am at the Old Hickory Golf Club in Woodbridge. The cost is $100 and breakfast and lunch will be provided. You can reserve your spot at christchurchva.org.

Jr and Sr High.
Jr. and Sr. High. Ignite meets on Wednesdays from 6:30-8pm in the Coffee House. Come early and stay late for video games and snacks.

Crave. Crave is a worship service designed with youth in mind in order to glorify God with energetic music and relevant Biblical messages. Join us April 25 at 6:30pm in the Worship Center and make sure to bring your friends.

KingsFest. Join us July 9-11 for a Christian music festival at Kings Dominion. This will be a great time of camping, music and amusement rides. Limited space is available and the cost is $80 (or $50 if you are a season pass holder for Kings Dominion). Register at christchurchva.org by April 25. We are also looking for chaperones, drivers and camping equipment to borrow.
