Stay and Play policies and procedures will be outlined in your Parent Handbook. Handbooks will be available on Orientation days.

Sign ups for “regular” slots will begin at 7:00am, via emailed in requests, on August 26, 2010. You will be notified of your status by August 28, 2010.

What is Stay & Play?

Stay & Play is Greentree Christian Preschool's extended care program. Children may come either on a regular basis or "drop-in" if space is available.

Eligibility

•
Children who are three or four by September 30, 2010 and completely toilet trained

•
Child must be enrolled in a Greentree class in order to attend

Days and Hours

Tuesday through Friday

12:00-3:30

12:15-3:30 if your child has not attended morning class that same day

Sign Up

Pre-registered/Regular Attendee

•
Regular attendee registration will be held on August 26, 2010.

•
This is a firm commitment and those days are reserved for your child each month until the office is notified otherwise. You will be billed regardless of your child’s attendance.

•
Regular status indicates a child is registering for the same day(s) on a weekly basis.

•
Regular attendees are billed at a rate of $25.00 a day.

•
Additional information regarding the 2010-2011 school year regular sign ups will be detailed in the August 2010 parent packet.

Drop Ins

•
Registration for drop-in spots will are done on a weekly basis.

•
Login beginning at 7:00am each Monday to register for the following week.

•
You must complete the registration process and create a password to be able to login.

•
Stay and Play is only open to those students currently enrolled in our program.

•
Fees will be assigned on an hourly basis at a rate of $6.00 an hour.

Procedures

•
Students will attend Stay & Play in classroom P2

•
A sack lunch labeled with your child’s name and a change of clothes

No peanut products or foods containing peanut traces

•
For health reasons, no bottles or pacifiers allowed at Stay & Play

Billing

•
Stay & Play statements are issued at the end of each month and placed in each child’s cubby. Please wait until you get a statement or come by the office to find out the amount owed before writing a check.

Fees

Sign-in occasional use:

one child - $6.00 per hour, prorated to the nearest ½ hour

Pre-registered/regular use:

one child - flat rate of $25.00 per day

Please call the Preschool Office if your child will not be able to attend on a
day for which they are registered.
