Greentree Christian Preschool is excited to be opening a new chapter in
the life of the preschool. Beginning with the 2007-2008 school year
Greentree Christian Preschool will be offering a full day Kindergarten
program.This is an exciting adventure. The Greentree Christian Preschool
Administrative team and church leadership are currently working on
all the details and look forward to the start of the 2007-2008 school

Our Kindergarten
Children learn best when they are fully engaged and active participants in their
learning process. Our program places an importance on creating a positive start
to education in a strong Christian based, hands-on learning environment. Here
children will have fun learning through participation in Morning Meeting, Learning
Centers, theme related activities, Bible class, chapel, music, art, tumbling,
and many more learning opportunities, creating a fun-well rounded program of
excellence.
Christian Curriculum
Children begin the process of building their faith in God during these
formative years. We believe our Greentree Christian Preschool Kindergarten
curriculum will continue to build upon the foundation our students
received while attending preschool classes. The Christian Curriculum
is integrated throughout the entire day and incorporates the teachings
of Jesus Christ. We strive to foster an environment and strong personal
foundation upon which our students will build the rest of their lives.
We use Galatians 5: 22-23, the “Fruit of the Spirit” scripture,
to reaffirm Christian values.
Tuition/Fees
The rate for our full day Kindergarten program is $550.00 a month. The
first tuition payment is due May 1. Subsequent tuition payments are
due the first of the month September - April. In addition to the monthly
tution rate there is a one-time non-refundable $100.00 registration/book
fee. The registration/book fee is due at the time of registration and
covers the cost of registration, curriculum books, and individual curriculum
needs. There is a one-time activity fee of $150.00 for the Kindergarten
program. This activity fee is due with the first month's tuition. The
activity fee covers the cost of all monthly fieldtrips as well as a
gym/fieldtrip uniform.

Students will need to have the following on file prior to the first day
of school:
- Admission application
- Attrition fees and terms
- Medical Authorization Form (mailed out in August)
- Completed Medical form (blue physical/shot record)

Uniforms
The kindergarten students are required to wear
uniforms. Greentree Christian Preschool has selected Lands’ End as our primary uniform supplier. Catalogs and additional information
regarding the Kindergarten uniform
can be obtained in the preschool office.
In addition, Greentree is providing information on quality
hair products to coordinate with the kindergarten uniforms. The Little
Bow Peep company creates quality Made – 2 – Match (M2M) hair
accessories in their uniform shop. These hair bows, hair bands, and pony
tail streamers are made to match your child's school uniform, using ribbons
of your choice. Little Bow Peep specializes in hair bows, barrettes, and hair bands. Fairy Tales specializes in ponytail streamers. For more
information regarding color choices and color matching please stop by
the preschool office. The Little Bow Peep company has made many samples
available.
