| Mission Statement
At Christ Church, we feel it is our responsibility to provide a
safe and caring environment for young children, at all times. It is our
responsibility
as Christian Educators to ensure the children in our care have a happy
church time. We believe that our children are the
Christian leaders of tomorrow. The mission of our childcare facilities
is to encourage all aspects of a child’s development: physical,
intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual.

Upon pick up, please...
• Sign your child out.
• Return your child's numbered nametag.
• Return your pager.
Numbered Nametags
Each child will be asked to wear a numbered nametag. These nametags
are to be clipped to the child’s back. The numbered tag system
is to aid staff members in the identification of and accountability
for
all children checked into their care in the childcare rooms. These
nametags should be returned after the Worship Celebration each week.
The nametags are kept on file, in numeric order, for easy access
each
week.
Diaper Bag Tags
Upon your child’s first visit to our childcare facilities you will
be given a special Christ Church diaper bag tag. These special tags are
to help our staff members identify your child’s belongings. Please
ensure your diaper bag tag is affixed to your child’s diaper bag
each week. These are yours to keep and may be left on your child’s
belongings throughout the week.
Pagers
Once your child is checked into the childcare system you will be given
a special pager. This enables us to be in immediate contact with you
should your child need your attention. These are vibrating pagers.
Please keep them close to you at all times, so that you are aware if
we are trying to page you. In addition the pagers are equipped with the
following alpha messages:
GO TO CHILD; CHILD SICK; CHILD FINE.
What can you do to help your child?

or snacks your child may need. |

Christian Education
Can tiny children really learn about God? God has made each child special,
unique, and teachable. Obviously these little ones can not memorize
Bible verses; however, we can help them to know the One who created
the big bright world they are eager to explore. Parents and families
bring their children to church to learn about God, the Bible, and
worship. That learning experience can even be felt as an infant or
toddler, as children learn that church is a good place to be because
people here love them. It is our desire to educate a child for today,
tomorrow, and eternity.
Our Loving Staff
Infants and Toddlers develop their earliest feelings about God through
experiences with loving, trusted care-givers. Our team of trained
childcare professionals are here to ensure you and your children
have a positive and fun church experience. Our staff members continually
receive training and
seek out opportunities to remain current on Early Childhood issues
and concerns. Our staff members are easily recognized by their photo
ID badges and brightly colored tunic tops. |
